What if I need to cancel my contract with Doulos Digital?
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your website contract with Doulos Digital, please be aware of the following process:
Upon cancellation, the remaining balance for the website will be due in full. After we receive this final payment, we will promptly provide you with all the necessary website files and database.
It’s important to note that if the full remaining payment is not received, and monthly payments are discontinued, we will unfortunately have to proceed with the destruction of the website and all associated files. This step is a standard procedure in such cases.
